The Supermarine Seafire was a naval version of the Supermarine Spitfire adapted for operation from aircraft carriers. SLF III PP972 left the Westland Aircraft works during September 1944 and was transferred to 809 (Naval) Squadron in November of that year. This unique model has been superbly crafted and liveried down to the last detail by Bravo Delta, among the best exponents of accurate, fine-scale model reproductions. The exquisite collectable is hand painted with up to 35 coats of paint, comes with considerable detail and has exact colouring to match the original version. Wingspan 19” (48.3cms).
